Return & Exchange Policy

  • We do not provide refunds. (Only in exceptional cases)
  • We accept returns for credit note or exchanges within 7 days as long as the returned products are new, unused and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • We run a stringent quality control process on all our shipping and packaging processes. In rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, please get in touch with us with your order details and pictures within 48 hours at
  • In the event of a return, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online as a credit note.
  • The voucher/ credit note must be used within 3 months / 90 days from the date of issue.
  • In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.
  • All purchases on full price/sale/discount/promotion are eligible for replacement or a credit note only. Products bought on sale can be exchanged for size based on availability. In the event of the product not being available we will issue a credit note for the same.
  • Clearance sales are final sales. No size / style exchange / credit note / refunds will be entertained.
  • Customised items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.

We do not have a return pick up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. Or bring your invoice or receipt to any of our Pro Shops for quick returns and exchanges.
